Pankaj Razdan appointed CEO & MD, Birla Sun Life

Birla Sun Life Insurance has appointed Pankaj Razdan as the new MD and CEO Birla Sun Life Insurance, from from Jayant Dua who will move to take on another role within the Aditya Birla Group.
Razdan has been with the Aditya Birla Financial Services Group since 2007, as deputy chief executive, financial services, Aditya Birla Group.
Razdan has over two decades of experience in the financial services business, across various functions and across multiple lines of business at Aditya Birla Group and Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company.
He is widely credited with the emergence of Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company as the no. 1 asset management company in India, during his tenure as managing director.
He was named as the ''India's Hottest Young Executives'' by Business Today in 2008.
