Ventura appoints Anupam Arun as country head

Mumbai: Ventura (India) Private Limited, provider of customer management outsourcing services has appointed Anupam Arun as its country head for its operations in India. A certified trainer and award-winning leader, Anupam's background in offshore outsourcing and track record in managing people will be instrumental in shaping Ventura's new contact centre in Pune.
Starting his professional career in 1995 with Bank of America Anupam was involved in the launch of the retail operations in India post which he moved along to ABN as assistant vice president and regional sales manager, southern region based out of Chennai. He joined GE Countrywide in 2000 as assistant vice president and regional business head -Delhi branch.
Anupam has been honoured with Special Achievement Award — GE Capital International Services (GECIS) 2004 for exemplary performance, Leadership Excellence Award- GECIS in October 2003 for demonstrating extraordinary leadership and many more. Anupam is a six sigma certified green belt and also a certified trainer for courses in leading by action, coaching / mentoring, facilitation skills and change acceleration planning.
