Shebu Raphael to head Human Capital for Marlabs globally

Bangalore: Marlabs India, wholly owned subsidiary of Marlabs Inc, has appointed Shebu Raphael as worldwide head, human capital.
Raphael will be responsible for HR services to the projects and professional services in India, the US and other markets in which Marlabs operates.
Prior to joining Marlabs, Raphael was director, HR services, North America for Birlasoft.
An alumnus of XLRI, Shebu is a certified 'global professional in human resources' (GPHR) from the US-based Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
