Percept/H appoints Tomomitsu Taue as senior VP

Percept/H, a joint venture of Percept with Hakuhodo Inc of Japan, has appointed Tomomitsu Taue as senior vice president of Bengaluru operations.

He will report to Prabhakar Mundkur, chief executive officer, Percept/H.

Taue was working with Hakuhodo Communications, Singapore as director, regional account planning division prior to joining Percept/H.

At Hakuhodo, Taue started off as a strategic planner, moving on to become strategic planning director of its Thailand office in 2002.

Later, he was posted to Hakuhodo Communications in 2006, where he was responsible for handling the Canon and Toyota accounts for the Southeast Asia region.

Percept/H employs 1,000 people in 62 offices across India and the Middle East. The company had a capitalised billing of about Rs1,600 crore in FY08.
