Cholamandalam inducts new directors

Mumbai: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors has approved the following changes in the constitution of the board.

A Vellayan has been appointed as the additional director of the company. He will be a non-executive director on the board.

Partho S Datta, director, has been appointed as a whole-time director of the company with effect from 1 April 2002.
