Baba Ramdev who started his fast today seems to have largely failed to connect with the netizens going by the negative comments his crusade against corruption have attracted in the virtual world.

Voices against the yoga guru outnumber those in his support reflecting in different ways the younger generation's distrust of the yoga guru and his methods.

The Economic Times reports that twenty five-year-old aware Netizen, wrote on Facebook: "Baba has not got his due share in the prevailing loot, that's why he's making this hue and cry. It is all a sham."

According to him, before criticising Baba, Congress general secretary, Digvijay Singh must disclose the assets of his brother and relatives. ''Politics is not the prerogative of lawyers, professors or former kings,'' he writes, to the ET report quoted Jha.

The report quotes, Shailey Hingorani, as saying she was severely disappointed by Novak Djokovi's performance at the French Open and was looking at Baba Ramdev to provide the "weekend's entertainment"!

A section of the netizens believes that Gandhian leader Anna Hazare is the true face of anti-corruption movement, and not Baba Ramdev while some are scornful of both.
