Madison Media Infinity appoints Sushma Jhaveri as COO

Sushma Jhaveri has joined Madison Media Infinity as chief operating officer. She will be based in Mumbai, and will lead a set of accounts in the Mumbai office.
Jhaveri moves to Madison from Carat Media, where she was senior vice-president.
She has over 18 years of experience in media planning and research having worked in companies like Carat, Mindshare Fulcrum, TME and Synovate.
In her research role, Jhaveri has been involved with media research, micro market planning software, various ad-tracking studies and formulating customised research for various brands.
She has worked with clients such as Unilever (oral care and deodorant brands), Colgate, Britannia, Godrej Appliances, Heinz, Castrol, Viacom18, ICICI Bank, Star Network, Shoppers Stop, HDFC, among others.
