Transcend Information Inc, the memory and consumer electronics major, today announced the release of its first HD media player, the DMP10.
DMP10 offers a simple way to access digital collection on any home entertainment system.
It comes with two high-speed USB ports designed to connect external hard drives or USB flash drives for easy plug-and-play, file browsing and playback
The HD media player is compatible across different HD file formats including MKV, AVI, WMV, RMVB and M2TS and gives high-resolution digital video / audio output through its HDMI 1.3 and S/PDIF digital connection interfaces.
Priced at Rs7,000, it is equipped with an user-friendly menu interface and wireless remote control, and comes with a two-year warranty.
