BizLink plans to finance the acquisition using a combination of existing cash reserves and committed debt financing arranged by Citigroup.

On the sell-side, J.P. Morgan acted as financial advisor to Blackstone and Ennovi. Freshfields served as legal counsel, while Deloitte provided financial and tax due diligence services.
