Tissot’s latest brand ambassador: Deepika Padukone

New Delhi: Swiss watch maker Tissot has appointed Bollwood starlet Deepika Padukone as its latest brand ambassador.

Tissot has launched its limited edition MotoGP watch, priced at Rs36,800, and plans to retail 7,002 units, according to a statement.

In a statement, Tissot SA President Francois Thiebaud said, “We are delighted to welcome Deepika Padukone into the Tissot family. This underlines the importance that Tissot places on this dynamic market. Deepika is multi-talented, dynamic and always open to new ideas — characteristics that perfectly complement the world of multi-faceted, innovative Tissot.”

Tissot expects the collaboration to support and grow the popularity of its watches in India.
