Dena Bank lowers interest rates

Mumbai: Interest rates on home loans extended by Dena Bank have been reduced. The loans extended under the brand name Dena Niwas Housing Finance Scheme have been lowered by 0.25 per cent to 0.75 per cent on different loan sizes.

The new interest rate will be 11.5 per cent for loans up to Rs 25,000 and 12 per cent for loans from Rs 25,000 to Rs 2 lakh. For loans over Rs 2 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, the rate will be 12.25 per cent and for loans over Rs 10 lakh the rate will be 12.5 per cent, a bank release said.
