BJP MP Argal implicates Amar Singh in cash for votes scam

Member of Parliament Ashok Argal today implicated Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh in the cash for votes scam.
Speaking to Times Now, the former BJP MP, he had no problem if he was questioned by Delhi police in the cash for vote scam though the case had not been investigated over the last three years.
Replying to a question regarding whether Sanjeev Saxena, who was once considered close to Amar Singh knew the SP leader, Argal said Saxena and Amar Singh were known to each other and he had met both of them at Amar Singh's residence.
He added that Saxena had said that the money offered to the MPs was brought from Amar Singh's residence.
Meanwhile, Amar Singh's troubles seem to be mounting with former BJP MP Mahavir Bhagora claiming that Sanjiv Saxena tried to bribe him during the cash for votes scandal.
BJP MPs Argal, Faggan Singh Kulaste and Bhagora had alleged that Saxena had delivered Rs1 crore in cash to them at Argal's 4 Ferozshah Road residence to vote in favour of government.
The crime branch submitted that two out of three BJP MPs -- Faggan Singh Kulaste and Mahavir Bhagora -- had stated that on 22 July 2008 Saxena delivered money to them and to Argal at the Argal's residence in Delhi.
According to the prosecution, Kulaste had alleged that Saxena was introduced to him and Argal by Amar Singh as his secretary on 22 July 2008.
