Fujifilm launches AV200 camera

Fujifilm India has launched the FinePix AV 200 camera in India, following the success of it's A series cameras in the country.

''The AV200 is a unique 14 megapixel camera and has excellent high resolution sensors combined with high sensitivity settings to deliver sharp, clear images whatever the shooting conditions may be,'' said Kenichi Tanaka, managing director, Fujifilm India.

The camera is equipped with a 3x Fujinon zoom lens and enables 720p HD movie capture, according to the company. It also comes with digital image stabilisation technology, scene recognition mode, 21 pre-programmed scene modes and face detection features. 

Fujifilm AV200 will be available for Rs5,499.

Fujifilm India is the wholly owned subsidiary of Fujifilm Japan, which deals in  electronic imaging, photofinishing equipment, medical systems, life sciences, graphic arts, flat panel display materials, and office products, based on a portfolio of digital, optical, fine chemical and thin film coating technologies.
