Scarecrow Communications wins the creative mandate for Ackruti City

Following a multi-agency pitch, Scarecrow Communications has won the creative duties for real estate company, Ackruti City.
The Mumbai branch of Scarecrow will share the duties with incumbent agency Origin Beanstalk Creative Consultants, who has been handling the mandate for the Ackruti.
On roping in a second agency, Gautam Maitra, head, brand marketing and communications, Ackruti City, said, ''Our requirement for communication has grown over time. While we already have an agency working with us, we do not want to overload it with additional work, and hence have been looking for a second agency for a while.''
''We were looking for the right creative thinking. Scarecrow impressed us as did their pro-active work,'' he added.
Ackruti City is a leading real-estate company with interests in design, construction and maintenance of buildings - residential and commercial, IT parks, biotech parks, car parks, SEZ, power plants and malls, among others.
