Mindshare continues reign at top: Emvies 2010

Emvies 2010, organised by the Ad Club of Bombay, didn't spring many surprises with GroupM sister agencies, Mindshare and Maxus, bagging the top two slots this year too.
The awards were presented across 16 categories for best media innovations.
Mindshare completed its hatrick at the top as the best media agency of the year, at Emvies, by garnering a total of 110 points. The media agency bagged 12 metals in all including four gold, two silver and six bronze metals.
Maxus also bagged 12 metals but lagged in the gold metals tally with three as opposed to four by Mindshare. One silver and eight bronze metals completed its tally of 12.
Mudra Max climbed up from fifth spot last year to come third with three gold, two silver and two bronze metals, a total of 75 points. It won the Grand Emvie for its OOH campaign, 'May I Help You', for National Association for the Blind (NAB).
Lodestar UM with 70 points courtesy four gold and silver metals came fourth. Madison Media dropped two places to fifth with two gold metals. Mediacom won four metals including three silver and a bronze.
