1pointsize to handle creatives of Akshaya Homes

Chennai-based agency 1pointsize has won the creative contract of Akshaya Homes in a multi-agency pitch. Orchard Advertising was handling the creative duties for the realty firm.

T Chitty Babu, chairman and CEO, Akshaya Homes, said that 1pointsize was chosen for its expertise in the realty and lifestyle sector.

Starcom will continue as the media AoR for Akshaya, which is looking to expand its footprint outside Tamil Nadu.
