Agnello Dias to be on jury panel of New York Festival

Agnello Dias, popularly known as Aggie, who was with JWT as chief creative officer, will be on the jury panel for the New York Festivals (NYF) 2009.
Before this, KV Sridhar, national creative director, Leo Burnett, was the only Indian on the Television and Cinema Advertising jury of the NYF 2009.
In the case of Dias, the category which he will judge has not been finalised as yet.
Dias has judged a host of award shows, such as the Indonesian Ad Awards, D&AD, London International Awards, Abbys and GoaFest.
The NYF Awards recognise work from all over the world in all media, including television, cinema, print, outdoor, interactive, design, mixed media, collateral, radio and student advertising.
The NYF, now in its 51st year, has three standalone international competitions – the Midas Awards for financial services communications, the Global Awards for health-care communications and the AME Awards for advertising and marketing effectiveness.
