Reliance Jio offers Netflix with unlimited 5G prepaid plans

Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom service provider, has come out with unlimited 5G prepaid plans that offer free subscription to entertainment platform Netflix.
Reliance Jio’s `Unlimited True 5G Data’ packs comes bundled with Netflix’s Basic subscription that costs Rs199 a month, allows subscribers to stream HD content on a single device at a time.
The plans, priced at Rs1,299 and Rs1,799,comes with 2GB and 3GB, respectively, of 5G data, and are valid for 84 days.
Besides free offer of Netflix, Jio also offers subscription to other OTT platforms with its prepaid plans. These include: Sony LIV, ZEE5, JioCinema Premium, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, Kanchha Lannka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, Hoichoi, FanCode, JioTV and JioCloud – all at Rs448 for 28 days - for both 2GB 5G data per day plans.
For 10 GB per day of 5G data plans, Jio offers these OTT platforms at Rs175 for 28 days.
Platforms such as Prime Video Mobile Edition, JioTV, JioCinema and JioCloud comes at Rs1,029 for 84 days with 2GB of 5G data per day plan.
Reliance Jio also offers Disney+Hotstar, JioTV, JioCinema and JioCloud bundled with Rs949 plan that offers 2GB of 5G data per day for 84 days.
Reliance Jio has a current subscriber base of 476 million as per data available with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai).
