Update on J Rajagopal

Since September 2000, Mr. J Rajagopal has joined Ways India as its chief executive officer.
Ways India is the exclusive country partner of the premier German technology company Brokat Infosystems AG, the world's leading provider of secure, customer focused e-business solutions and an international leader in the Internet banking segment.
At Ways India, Mr. Rajagopal will be responsible for leading and implementing the company's growth plans and building its business model that focuses primarily on developing new technologies.
Ways India aims to pioneer the provision of technology infrastructure and platform independent solutions that contribute to the development of m-commerce and e-commerce in the Internet economy. It also aims at becoming a global player by adopting international best practices, recruiting a highly qualified professional team with an international perspective and establishing its presence in high growth markets across the world.
Mr. Rajagopal will continue his relationship with KPMG India, as he has been nominated to the advisory board of the organisation.
