Sanjay Das tipped to move to India as COO Star India

Mumbai: Sanjay Das, who has a varied experience in finance and business development is tipped to be joining Star India as the chief operating officer.
At present Star India is headed by Sameer Nair in charge of Entertainment affairs supported by Paritosh Joshi as president of ad sales and distribution.
Prior to the Star Group being split into two divisions — Star Group and Star Entertainment headed by Peter Mukherjea and Sameer Nair respectively — Nair, as the COO, overlooked the entire operations of the company.
Speculations are doing the rounds that Peter Mukherjea may be on his way out of the organisation to set up something else, nothing has materialised on that front.
