Rajashree Nambiar appointed new CEO, MD of Fullerton India

Non-banking finance company Fullerton India Credit Company Limited has announced the appointment of Rajashree Nambiar as the chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD).

Nambiar will drive the overall corporate strategy of the company and its subsidiaries, covering areas like risk, operations, technology, analytics and digital initiatives. In this role, she will be responsible for driving performance to scale up business.

Nambiar joins Fullerton India from India Infoline Finance Ltd (IIFL), the NBFC arm of IIFL group where she served as the CEO and executive director. Prior to joining IIFL, she was associated with Standard Chartered Bank for 22 years. In both her stints, she was responsible for the diversification of the retail segment.

Nambiar has a wide exposure to international best practices, developing centres of excellence for core functions. She is an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
