Prakash Chhabria is new executive chairman at Finolex Industries Ltd

Prakash Chhabria, managing director, Finolex Industries has taken over as executive chairman following the retirement of chairman Pralhad Chhabria and vice chairman Kishan Chhabria.
S S Dhanorkar, assistant managing director, will take over as managing director.
The new appointment are effective from 11 August 2012, Finolex said in a statement.
Under the tenure of the outgoing chairman and vice chairman, Finloex, started in 1971 as PVC pipe extruder and gre to a multi-location plastics processing and petrochemical company, apart from expanding into India's largest PVC pipe manufacturer and second largest PVC resin manufacturer.
