Dheeraj HindujaThe $25 billion Hinduja group will see a change of guard at its flagship Ashok Leyland with Dheeraj Hinduja, the son of Gopichand Hinduja, replacing current chairman RJ Shahaney.

The board of Ashok Leyland, which meets in Chennai today to announce the company's second quarter results, is also expected to approve the proposal to appoint Dheeraj Hinduja as the new chairman.
