Mumbai: Blue Star Infotech has appointed Akhila Jha as general manager, delivery operations, responsible for corporate quality management, programme management office, technical training and MIS functions within BSI.
Jha was earlier with Infosys responsible for quality assurance, customer experience and business excellence across units, implementing CMMi and MBNQA standards.
Prior to Infosys, she was IT director, American Express, responsible for service delivery of finance systems.
Jha holds three patents to her name earned during her tenure with Infosys and American Express.
