Dr Pawan Goenka Dr Pawan Goenka appointed to the Board of Swaraj Engines Ltd. & Swaraj Automotives Ltd.

Mumbai, May 13, 2010: Dr. Pawan Goenka has been appointed additional director of Swaraj Engines Ltd. and additional director and chairman, Swaraj Automotives Ltd.

He takes over from Anjanikumar Choudhari who has resigned from the board of both companies with effect from April 1, 2010.

Dr. Pawan Goenka is president, automotive and farm equipment sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and is also on the board of several Mahindra Group companies.
