NCR appoints new managing director to lead India

Jaivinder Singh Gill to drive NCR's growth strategy and self-service leadership position across the country
NCR Corporation today said that it had aoointed Jaivinder Singh Gill as managing director in India.
Gill joins NCR Corporation from Lenovo India, where he served as an executive director for relational sales. At Lenovo, he helped the business achieve its highest market share while improving margins.
With over 19 years of experience in sales and business management with leading multi-national companies from the IT and financial services sector, Gill will have total responsibility for the management of all NCR industry lines of business in India.
Prior to Lenovo, Gill was a director with Dell International Service where he was responsible for business growth, sales and team management. Prior to that, he worked in management positions at ATS Services India Pvt. Ltd., American Express (India) Pvt. Ltd. among others.
Gill takes over from Manjunath Rao, country manger sales for NCR in India, who was managing director Sales on an interim basis.
