Mahindra Satyam appoints Sudhir Nair to head infrastructure services

Hyderabad: Global consulting and IT services provider Mahindra Satyam, the new brand identity of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, today announced the appointment of Sudhir Nair as senior vice president and head of infrastructure services, based in Bangalore.
Nair, who started his career with Wipro Infotech, was a part of the integral core team of Infosys, responsible for launching the infrastructure management services (IMS) into the global market and driving significant growth.
Earlier he was with HCL as a business development manager in the UK. and has also briefly worked in Bahrain for Zayani Computers.
Nair has 20 years of cross functional experience in IT Infrastructure services, and has served in leadership positions in delivery and business development.
As AVP and practice head, Nair was independently managing the datacentre and end-user computing business line, globally. He has been instrumental in building capability and lead as global sourcing expert. Sudhir has been recipient of multiple leadership awards.
An ITIL practitioner with a CISA certification, Nair, has completed BE in computer engineering from Mumbai University.
