CARE promotes D R Dogra to MD and CEO

Rating agency Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. (CARE), has announced the appointment of D R Dogra as the managing director and chief executive officer with effect from 22 August 2009.
Dogra was earlier deputy managing director.
Dogra has had a distinguished academic and holds double post graduate degrees in agriculture and finance management and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
Dogra started his career in 1977 with the Himachal Pradesh government and worked on agriculture development projects for a year, befoe launching into a career in the banking sector in Dena Bank in 1978.
Dogra among the first recruits at CARE in 1993 when he joined as deputy general manager.
