Sanjay Reddy promoted to COO, Zee

Sanjay Reddy has been promoted as chief operation officer for the Zee South channels. These channels comprise Zee Telugu, Zee Tamil, Zee Kannada and Zee 24 Gantalu.

Reddy was earlier CEO of Zee Telugu.

Reddy had joined Zee in September 2007 as Business Head of Zee Telugu.

He has worked with media houses, including Walt Disney Company (India) Pvt Ltd, SET India Pvt Ltd and ESPN Software India Pvt Ltd.

Other changes at Zee include Prem Menon joining as business head of Zee Tamil; and J Shekar and Anuradha Gudur being designated as business heads of Zee Kannada and Zee Telugu, respectively. L Sivananda has taken over as  head of South Finance.
