NYSE Euronext appoints Ronald Kent executive vice president

Mumbai:  NYSE Euronext has named Ronald Kent as executive vice president, head of international listings, for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia.

Kent joins NYSE Euronext from Goldman Sachs where he was a managing director, and prior to which he was a managing director with Morgan Stanley and has held senior positions in investment banking, global capital markets and institutional equities and derivatives businesses.

Prior to Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, Kent was a lawyer with the New York law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell.
