Rajiv Dhar quits as Tata Communications CFO

Mumbai: Rajiv Dhar has resigned as chief financial officer of Tata Communications effective 28 November. He will take on a group CFO position with a company based in the Middle East, the company said in a release.
Dhar has been serving as the company's CFO since 2005, the release noted.
''Rajiv has played an important role in Tata Communications' growth in the last few years. We will miss his input and guidance but know that we are in good hands with our experienced financial and accounting teams. We wish Rajiv all the very best in his new assignment,'' N Srinath, MD and CEO of Tata Communications, said.
''My tenure with Tata Communications has been extremely exciting and professionally challenging. I will always carry fond memories of participating in the transformation of Tata Communications into a global challenger. I convey my best wishes to the company," said Dhar.
Srinath, MD and CEO, will also handle the finance function as an interim arrangement until the appointment of a new CFO, the release added.
