Kotak Life appoints Sudhakar Shanbag as new Chief Investment Officer

Mumbai: Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited (Kotak Life Insurance) today announced the appointment of Sudhakar Shanbag as its chief investment officer, efective 11 December 2009.
A a chartered accountant, Shanbag has been a part of Kotak in varying capacities and prior to Kotak Life Insurance, he was part of the treasury operations at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
He has also been an integral part of the Kotak Prime team for 11 years, serving first as a chief financial officer and then taking over as COO.
