SABe TVs daily current affairs band

Mumbai: SABe TV is presenting a brand new content band, specially designed for its mature and questioning viewer, according to a press release issued here. Beginning 25 February 2002, SABe TV will introduce a unique and much-needed daily current affairs band at 10.30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The concept is in itself pioneering, as SABe TV will be the first general entertainment Indian satellite channel to introduce a daily current affairs band. What also sets this band apart is that apart from social and political issues, it will also encompass celebrities for other genres be it the arts, science, commerce the works. The intention is to get under their masquerades, finding out what really makes them tick or not tick.
The third element that completes the USP of this band is that it brings together not just one, or even two, but three stalwarts from the field of journalism as well as a very seasoned media personality who dons a new role for the first time ever. Here they are:
* Karan Thapar, along with his panel of experts, will analyse controversial political as well as socio-political issues in Line of Fire on Mondays.
