SABe TV to start Toon Time for kids

Mumbai: SABe TV, a popular Hindi entertainment channel, is planning to give its young viewers a special treat. On 19 November, it will launch Toon Time,a half-an-hour cartoon-based slot (7 pm to 7.30 pm on Monday to Friday).

SABe TV will air Turtle Island for the first time on Indian television. A unique cartoon serial combining exciting, swashbuckling adventure, Turtle Island has been specially dubbed in Hindi for the Indian masses.

Says a SABe TV spokesman: Unlike other cartoon channels, which regularly churn out old cartoon shows that are often repeated, SABe TV will bring only fresh shows sans any repetition. Turtle Island is the channels latest treat to its discerning viewers after Alif Laila, which became a great success with people from all walks of life and age instantly falling in love with the programme.
