The Mumbai-based ad network is looking to build a strong base into the Asian and NRI communities abroad with the acquisitions. The reasoning behind the move being that the travel, tourism, aviation, hospitality, financial services, education and real estate sectors are looking to tap into non resident Indians.

With the purchase of Indoor Media, Komli will now have access to more than 400 publishers on Indoor's ad network,  AdMasala that serves the South Asian Internet consumers residing in the UK.  Some of its clients include the UK government,  Mercedes, O2 and Vodafone.

Prashant Mehta, COO of Komli Media said, "Komli Media has established itself as a leader in ethnic marketing in the US and Canada over the last several years. Working with the Indoor Media team allows us to expand to the UK market."

Komli Media has exclusive partnerships with top global and local publishers including Facebook, SanjeevKapoor and Babycenter amongst others in India, and Bloomberg and Hotfrog amongst others in Australia.
