Uninor launches free local calls on own network on Sundays

Chennai : Uninor today rolled out free unlimited Uninor to Uninor local calls on Sundays.
The Telenor - Unitech telecom joint venture said in a statement that the offer is applicable to all existing and new Uninor customers and the offer would be valid on every Sunday starting from 22 July to 26 August.
Shivkumar Mudaliar, circle business head for Uninor's Tamil Nadu operations says,'' Uninor believes in building a strong bonded community of subscribers on our network to enjoy our proposition of 'Pay Less Talk More' . We want them to take time out on a Sunday and catch up with their friends and relatives, and talk absolutely free on Uninor to Uninor calls.''
Uninor siad in its statement that subscribers could avail the Extra talktime recharges cards at most bank ATM's, 35,000 telecom retail outlets, 78 exclusive Uninor Stores and recharge sites on the Net.
