Rajasthan Tourism board has empanelled four agencies - Percept D'Mark (PDM), Wizcraft International Entertainment, Crayons Advertising and Adlabs Films - for its promotional events for the next two years.

The board calls for a pitch every two years and reviews the performance of the incumbent agencies. Out of the four, Wizcraft and Crayons have been retained from the existing mix agency roster, while PDM and Adlabs start on a fresh ground.

The account size is pegged at Rs2 crore for the next two years, which will include executing all the event properties of the tourism board and other events.

Sanjay Kacker, chief operating officer, North and East, PDM, says, "This is the first time PDM has been appointed by the government of Rajasthan to promote tourism in India and overseas. To achieve this objective, we are working out a promotional plan for Rajasthan Tourism, which will have a global appeal."

Rajiv Khanna, assistant vice-president, Crayons, says, "We have been working with many tourism boards such as those of Himachal Pradesh and Kerala, and has much experience in this field. Our plans depend on their plans and expectations."
