First jewellery mall opens in Mumbai

When sprawling malls are the order of the day, can a full-fledged dedicated mall for jewellery be far behind?

Mumbai-based Vardhman Group will unveil Jewel World, Western India's first jewellery mall in Mumbai on Sunday, 1 March.

Jewel World will be housed in the prime Zaveri Bazar area of South Mumbai, which also houses some of the leading jewellery brands of Mumbai.

Power minister Sushilkumar Shinde will formally inaugurate the jewellery mall on 1 March  with local memeber of Parliament Milind Deora, actress Karishma Kapoor being present said Rajesh Vardhan, managing director, Vardhman Group.
