Shemaroo provides South Asian VOD content across EMEA news

Bollywood content house Shemaroo Entertainment and Acentic, a leading supplier of digital interactive TV (iTV) systems for the hotel industry, has signed a deal to provide South Asian content, including Bollywood content, through video on demand (VOD) exclusively on Acentic's in-room hotel entertainment platform across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Under this agreement, guests in more than 1,300 hotels using Acentic's in-room entertainment services will now have access to a content library of the latest movies from South Asia, including Bollywood releases, as well as activities such as instructional fitness videos ie: Yoga. With Acentic's Vision and Panorama digital interactive TV platforms, every hotel receives tailor-made solutions for its guests, including a focus on international programming options to cater to sophisticated international travelers.
