BoI bonds issue oversubscribed

Mumbai: Bank of Indias Rs 160-crore tier-II bonds issue for a tenor of 63 months has been oversubscribed. The base issue was of Rs 100 crore and had a green-shoe option of Rs 60 crore, a banks press release said.

The issue, which received an AA+' rating from the Credit Rating Information Services of India, was priced at 9.20 per cent. Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and Centrum Finance had arranged the issue, the release said.
