Yes Bank has been ranked as one of the World's 25 'unsung' innovative companies by  BusinessWeek magazine. The 'unsung' list is based on a Boston Consulting Group survey of senior executives across the world when asked to name an innovator others would not have thought of.

this significant recognition, Rana Kapoor, founder managing director and CEO, Yes Bank, said, ''This acknowledgement from a leading global publication and Boston Consulting Group, an independent global research firm reaffirms our commitment to introduce significant innovations in Indian Banking through 'knowledge banking' and Yes Bank's CSR proposition - 'responsible banking'. We have constantly endeavored to leverage cutting-edge technology to introduce products and services that revolutionise traditional banking experience in India by bringing the fastest, most efficient and convenient services to our customers.

According to the bank, the BusinessWeek and other global recognitions received by the bank within 5 years since inception, are a testimony to the bank's vision and strategy of developing into the 'World's Best Quality Bank in India'.

Boston Consulting Group conducted the poll amongst all its voters and the final list weighted the survey results 80 per cent, stock returns 10 per cent, and three-year revenue and margin growth 5 per cent each. In the case of privately held companies, BusinessWeek used metrics equal to industry performance to compare financial data. The other Indian companies included in the study are Indian Hotels, Bata India, Bajaj Finance and Godrej Industries.
