Crisil, D&B to conduct due diligence for Dena Bank's MSME borrowers

Dena Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt. Ltd.for conducting due diligence of its micro, small and mini enterprise (MSME) borrowers.

The MoU was signed by M K Sharma, general manager, Dena Bank and Mrinal Singh, deputy head, RMS, D&B Information Services India Pvt. Ltd in Mumbai.

Earlier last week thee bank had signed an MoU with Crisil for carrying out due diligence of its MSME borrowers.

In a statement, the bank said it had embarked on lending to MSME in a big way and Crisil would check the background related to creditworthiness, dependability and capability of prospective customers.
