Lok Sabha passes bill to check stashing away of black money abroad

The bill provides for a two-month window to declare overseas assets and six months to pay tax and penalty, but beyond that anyone found having undeclared overseas wealth would have to pay 30 per cent tax and 90 per cent of tax as penalty and face criminal prosecution
