Mumbai: Tata Group low cost hotel chain Ginger is reported to entered into an agreement with Indore based Sayaji Hotels Ltd (SHL). According to reports, the latter partnered Taj Group's WoS Roots Corp, and would be its outsourcing partner for food and beverage offerings for the Ginger chain of smart basic hotels across India.

Reports indicate that SHL has conceptualised and would host a separate brand called Buffet Junction for this association. It is reported to be launching its pilot run at Ginger's Baroda hotel in about a week.

Sources indicate that the arrangement, besides being a revenue-sharing one, will see Sayaji Hotels have access to 2,000 sq ft of space within Ginger's hotel at Baroda. Buffet Junction would lay out a vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread covering breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner guests at the hotel.
