Tata Motors launches loyalty programme for commercial vehicle owners

Tata Motors today launched a special customer loyalty programme for the owners of its commercial vehicles.

The engagement initiative, Tata Delight will offer customers distinctive facilities across all Tata Motors dealerships, sales outlets, and Tata Motors Authorised Service Stations, the company said.

As per the initiative, Tata Motors' customers will get bonus points on purchase of a new commercial vehicle; redeem the points on vehicle servicing or repairs and spares, and call a special helpline for on-road and highway assistance service.

The company will also give away freebies like educational scholarships for children, a Tata Nano every quarter through a lucky draw and invitations to special events and movies with family.

Customers can get the Tata Delight owners card for Rs100 (without insurance) and Rs500 (including insurance). Besides, customers will also get Tata Delight chassis cards for each commercial vehicle they own.

''To create an even deeper customer connect, and take our relationship with customers to the next level, we have launched the Tata Delight programme. We believe this initiative will further strengthen our bond with customers,'' said Ravi Pisharody, president - commercial vehicle business unit, Tata Motors.
