''The era that we live in is characterised by an enormous trust deficit. In current times, however, trust has become far more complex and difficult to decipher, and trust deficit exists for several reasons, known and unknown,'' said N Chandramouli, CEO, TRA.
For the study, TRA reached out to 2,310 respondents in nine cities across India, questioning them on 61 different components for 16,000 unique brands.
