MTNL appoints Percept/H as creative partner news

Following the six-month term of exhaustive review of the creative, strategy and proactive approach, MTNL, one of the largest Telecom Service Providers in Mumbai, has announced a retainer with Percept/H as their strategic creative partner for the GSM category.

Earlier this year MTNL called for a 12 agency pitch for the Rs15 cr business.

MTNL has technical expertise and infrastructure and caters to the customers' social and business communication requirements in a secure and affordable way.

"We were excited to see the commitment on the client's side. We will look to create a brand which will brim with vitality.

The contract with Percept/H initially was for six months.

"It has been an exciting journey, and the team's passion was evident. The client admired the partnership that the team displayed and we will look to continue this successful partnership in the coming year,'' said Ajay Verma, senior vice president, Percept/H.
