Kinetic Motor announces ''Rewards Month''

Mumbai: Having sold 55 lakh vehicles in India last fiscal, Pune based two wheeler manufacturer Kinetic Motor has planned a nationwide activity for its scooter owners called "Kinetic
Rewards Month."
Through this activity, Kinetic will offer current Kinetic owners exciting benefits including discounts of up to 50 per cent on upgrades for improving performance, fuel efficiency, engine rehauls, body panel changes and multifocal reflector headlamps.
Every owner who brings his scooter to a Kinetic dealership during the rewards month will be given a free wash, battery check-up and a tune up for his scooter. There is also a special easy maintenance contract priced at less than Re 1/- per day to help a customer manage his lifecycle vehicle servicing needs in addition to a daily prize for the "best maintained vehicle" that will be handed out with special gifts.
The rewards month activity will be carried out by Kinetic at its dealerships under direct company supervision. The activity will be on until May 5th, 2004
Announcing the introduction of the Kinetic Rewards Month, Arun Firodia, chairman, Kinetic Group said," It gives me pleasure to be able to offer these benefits to our customers. We have always striven to give the best possible service to our customers.
This is a unique initiative carried out by us. The idea is to pass on improvements in technology and styling to our previous owners. A large amount of effort and time has been invested in the evelopment of the kits and the activity. But it is well worth it, since its aimed at customer delight. We have sold over 20 lakh scooters and I expect that this activity will enhance our customer satisfaction levels. "
