Britannia gets into festive mood with new varieties of cake

Britannia Industries Ltd, has launched varieties of cakes for Christmas and the festive season.

Speaking about the Christmas cakes, Shalini Degan, category director, delight and lifestyle, Britannia Industries Ltd, said, ''We are committed to spreading cheer and bring 'Zindagi mein life' to our consumers. Festivals help do that even more powerfully.''

According to the company statement, the new range consists of Choco rum cake 250gm, fruit & nut cake 250gm at Rs 60, combo pack (biscuits and cakes) at Rs 100, fruit & nut tin - Rs 125 and Pure Magic Danish Cookies Tin - Rs 175.

''The Britannia Christmas range of cakes and cookies is designed to ensure everyone can savour the festive season with their friends and family. After all, Christmas is for everyone,'' Degan added. The new product range will be available at all leading supermarkets and departmental stores.
