The world's largest tyre and rubber manufacturer Bridgestone will conduct its 2009 global brand campaign with DDB Berlin, a part of DDB Worldwide.
The new TV and print campaign will be aired in Japan, USA, China and Europe from the mid-May.
DDB presented a strategy and creative concept that underlined Bridgestone's premium brand appeal. The concept could be applied seamlessly to global markets.
The assignment is new and went to DDB after a review that also included Dentsu, Hakuhodo and The Richards Group.
DDB Berlin is an agency of the DDB Group Germany, part of the DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc., the largest consolidated advertising and marketing services global network in the world, according to Advertising Age.
DDB also has been frequently ranked as the most awarded agency network in the world by Creativity magazine and The Gunn Report, among others.
